By default it adds new siren tones alongside stock GTA sirens. You can optionally replace the default with any tone from the pack via the included replacement config. Many servers run both — default for stock vehicles, custom tones for their police fleet.

Yes — full ELS compatibility. The pack ships with ELS stage configurations so different siren tones trigger on different button presses (Stage 1 = wail, Stage 2 = yelp, etc.). Non-ELS setups can use the native extras system for on/off control.

Yes — the config lets you assign specific siren sets to specific vehicle models or classes. Your LSPD cruisers can have US Whelen patterns while your highway patrol has Federal Signal, and your EMS rigs use ambulance tones.

Yes — all 40+ patterns are recorded from real emergency siren amps (Whelen, Federal Signal, Code 3 for US; proper two-tone and Martinshorn units for EU). Not synthesized or sampled from other games.

The PA speaker is a siren-style tone that can be triggered via a command or integrated with a PA script. It doesn't include voice capture — it's the underlying amplification tone. Voice-PA scripts can layer their audio on top of it.

Yes — Standard and Premium packages include custom patterns for specific department or regional tones not in the base pack. Send a reference recording and the designer can match it.
