Yes — the pack is a standalone vehicle stream with no framework dependencies. Drop the resource into your server's resources directory, add ensure police-cars to server.cfg, and restart. Works on ESX, QBCore, QBox or fully custom servers.

The pack ships with both ELS-compatible and non-ELS (standard extras-based) lighting configurations. If your server runs ELS, the full pattern and stage control is available. If you don't use ELS, the lights still work via native extras — you just won't have per-stage toggling.

Yes — the vehicles use standard spawn names and are compatible with any garage, dispatch, or job script. ESX policejob, qb-policejob, and custom MDT systems can all spawn and manage these vehicles through normal vehicle spawn names in the config.

Yes — the Standard and Premium packages include custom livery design. Send your department name, badge, unit numbers and reference images and the designer will produce matching liveries for every vehicle in the pack. Blank livery templates are also included in Basic for DIY edits.

Yes — every vehicle has a complete interior: MDT laptop screen, center console with radio, partition cage (where applicable), dashcam mount, shotgun rack, and proper door panels. Interiors are visible in first-person and from outside through the windows.

No — each vehicle uses a unique spawn name and its own streamed model files, so they stack cleanly alongside other vehicle resources. They won't override stock GTA vehicles unless you intentionally set them as replacements in the meta files.
