Yes — reskin and wrap work on existing models is one of the most common jobs, as long as you own the underlying model and have the right to modify it. Send the pack, a reference for the new finish, and the designer quotes the job from there. Most reskins fall under the Basic package.

Yes. Broken rigging, incorrect pivots, missing attachment points, bad muzzle positions, wrong LOD setup, or weapons that won't spawn in your inventory script — all fixable. The weapon will be reference-accurate but branded safely for Cfx.re distribution — real-world trademarks (manufacturer logos, trademarked model names) are replaced with your server branding, the commission's fictional name, or neutral engravings. Geometry and silhouette stay accurate; only trademarked marks are swapped.
