Yes. All rooms are pre-furnished with period-appropriate props — beds, couches, kitchen appliances, gym equipment, office furniture, wine bottles, decor. If you want different furniture or a custom layout, the Premium package includes custom interior styling.
Minimal impact. The MLO uses proper LOD levels so it only renders detailed geometry when players are close. Interior culling boxes prevent rendering rooms players can't see. Tested on 200-slot servers with no measurable FPS drop.
Yes — the Standard and Premium packages include custom modifications. Swap props, change lighting, add/remove rooms, recolor interiors, or match a specific RP theme. Send reference images and the developer will tailor it.
The mansion is placed on an empty lot in Vinewood Hills by default with no conflicts with vanilla GTA V or common map edits. If you have another resource placing props in the same area, coords are configurable to relocate the mansion anywhere on the map.
